Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer

Description:

The Fantastic Four learn that they aren't the only super-powered beings in the universe when they square off against the powerful Silver Surfer and the planet-eating Galactus.
                                               
Much worse than the previous movie. Absolutely no real explanations for most things that happen (at least the first movie had some explanations and back story, while this one lacked greatly). The movie, the way they did it, essentially only took 10 minutes tops, with relationship issues...when you really really get down to it. Susan just wants to have a normal family with Reed, but that's never going to happen (they are basically radioactive superheros, yeah that sounds like a normal family right there). The Silver Surfer comes to doom Earth, the craters he crates are never explained as to why or how they fix them, how he is chosen to save his planet, how he gets the board, or why he didn't fight Galactus before, since he somehow can do it. Okay back to Susan, since she aggravates me; they constantly try to get married and each time it gets interrupted (they are the only superheros on the planet, somehow, so no wonder they have so many issues to take care of), they could simply have a drive-thru wedding or not even have a wedding and just sign the paper work, but I'm sure Susan is the reason that they don't, since she wants a happy wedding like everyone else (so she wants to be an average girl without a care in the world, while I would love to be a superhero, if the whole gamma rays didn't turn them into superheros she would have gotten stuck with Victor). Why must she make everything complicated: she has superpowers, found the right guy, famous, smart, rich and looks good, and she wants a normal wedding...-.- please I would be joyous and not complain for just a fraction of all of that. The Thing doesn't get much screen time, the first movie focus around everyone, while this one mainly focused on Reed and Susan with a little Johnny and less Silver Surfer.

Godkiller

Description:
About a 16-year-old boy's odyssey through a post-nuke wasteland as he searches for a new heart to save his dying sister.
                                                          
I decided to watch it since Davey Havok (I like his voice) was in it, and I wanted to see what it would be like. It was interesting, honestly say that I have never seen anything like it. The movie was great, and I can't want to see the other ones. A bit graphic,  in terms of blood, profanity, and sex.

Bride of the Monster

Description:
An mad doctor attempts to create atomic supermen.
                                                         
Title is misleading; there is no bride, closest is you get it a fiance and her wearing a dress that resembles a wedding dress, the monster is not really clarified at all either. I feel like Bela Lugosi never really was able to lose the Dracula thing, since throughout the movie I just kept thinking "yep that's Dracula." The three possible monsters make no sense; one is an animal, a regular person that can't talk and larger than others, and an experiment that dies in the end...and only one liked the girl. You can see the stilts that they are using...Crazy says that's what they did back then, and that people overlooked it when they watched it.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine

Description:
A look at Wolverine's early life, in particular his time with the government squad Weapon and the impact it will have on his later years.
                                                              
During the commercials at the beginning I realized that I have yet to watch 'X-Men 3: The Last Stand', oh well next movie to hunt down. It was funny I almost forgot we had this movie, since it was still put away (yes...still)...along with other movies. I wonder if they plan on making other origin stories...I had forgotten a lot from the first time I watched it, that or I was not paying much attention the first time. Sadly, the movie still leaves some questions unanswered, then again I guess that is one way to try and get people to read the comics...something that I have given up on with popular characters, since there are too many different versions *cough cough* Batman. Just one small question...how is he (for a lack of a better word) "immortal"?

Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure

Description:
Two seemingly dumb teens struggle to prepare a historical presentation with the help of a time machine.
                                                                                                                                    
This movie was great I can see why so many people (even teachers) were saying that it was good. A comical paradox, with random bits of history.

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children

Description:
An ex-mercenary is forced out of isolation when three mysterious men kidnap and brainwash the city's children afflicted with the Geostigma disease.
                                                         
I was very lost due not playing the video games or watching the other movies. Lovely graphics, and plot if I knew the plot...hopefully. It kind of made me want to get off my lazy butt, buy the game, and look for the other movie/animes.....but laziness won. I doubt the movie/animes will help a lot though, because there are not a total of seven movie/animes....oh well. Cloud's bike breaks many laws of physics, but so does many things about the movie....video games...

I would love to learn more about it, is I guess what it boils down to

The Fantastic 4

Description:
A group of astronauts gain superpowers after a cosmic radiation exposure and must use them to oppose the plans of their enemy, Doctor Victor Von Doom.
                                                            
Remembered it differently, but I have bad memory so… good movie, ends with possibilities of a sequel. It has some interesting questions, does that mean you can shave rubber since he didn't cut himself… and things of that nature. I kind of feel like reading the comics to learn the back story...but then again there are a lot to read, especially since the movie gave it more hype. My favorite personality was Johnny, since he was the comedy, helped progress the plot by making Ben hate it more, and by being the person to bring everyone outside.
