-thunk-

So I cleaned most of the day, with breaks to eat, and cook mostly till I finished. And yes I am behind the desired schedule that I wanted to maintain; but alas what can I do when I have nothing else to do with my life, clearly nothing to help me succeed in life since everyday I plan on doing something for college/projects I must do something Crazy decides is more important, and conveniently left undone so that I can learn responsibilities, since I have yet to start doing anything for college...I wonder why this stuff never gets done, and I can rant on here as much as I like since Crazy is never on here since she is too busy (and she gets to play on the computer more than I do most of the week)

3rd day in a new quarter

One of my friends isn't here today, due to something extracurricular… why in the world would they plan something on the second day of new classes? I randomly kept forgetting that he/she was not going to be there, and kept thinking that she/he had gotten a schedule change. Curses, turns out that I have to keep going with the research paper, my most disliked forms of writing; which I must say is amazing since I was half-asleep writing something while I had writers block (aka I ended up bs-ing the entire thing)…this will be something fun to juggle. And oh look more people that are starting to anger me more than what I need, I mean seriously is there no communication between the two people that are currently making me realize how much humanity really means nothing. Started working with the clay, made a tea cup, one of the more traditional Japanese ones, so much more calm than I was before... Ohh forgot to mention I had a disagreement with Crazy, since apparently I don't do anything (yes it all goes back to what I wrote about yesterday, Crazy was not listening to me and my explanation of everything and took it as an insult of why didn't I listen to her one tiny request), poor Princess is trying make everything better with small talk...
Trying to sort my life out vs.cleaning all day, since that was not in my grand scheme idea when it would be less chaotic for me...it must be done or all hell will break lose

2nd day in a new semester

Only the second day and I'm already not too happy...with people that aren't even in any of my classes, and some that are but currently, the one that I am referring to is not, having a spaz attack yesterday like her life depended on my getting something to her ASAP, like I have nothing else planned in my life...so for now until I have my life back to normal everything will take 2-3 business days to be processed in my brain. I'm really getting tired of everyone, even Crazy thinking that I have nothing to flipping do.

The Librarian: Quest for the Spear

Description:
Unexpectedly hired by a mysterious library, and a magical artifact is lifted from the library, a meek librarian sets out to ensure its safe return. To do so, however, he enlists the service of a woman with exceptional martial arts skills, and travel to far off lands.

I was half-asleep watching the movie, but I barely slept the previous days. Sadly I can honestly say that I liked the bad female in the movie more. It was interesting that this movie actually tried to portray the ages better, middle-aged and not built. Shockingly not as information filled as I would have liked, and lots of sexual references for a PG-13.

Trip to D.C. Part 4

Last day in D.C./ Inauguration Day. Woke up early, so I could make sure everything is packed. Turns out that one of the lucky people that got a ticket over slept. 6: 20 a.m. On the way to put things on the bus, I seemed to have dropped my vest for cosplay (which I had brought since it is one of my warmer clothing items). We were late leaving for the inauguration…just like most of the things that were planned, but it was the first time that the teacher has planned a field trip. Went on the metro, relatively no one there since it was early in the morning. While we were walking, turns out that somebody was wearing heals and had to take them off…which created a problem. So much walking, I think this counts as enough walking for the rest of the month.
So close to speakers O.o
Said snipers
Found a spot to "watch" the inauguration on the jumbo-tron; I say "watch" because most of the people were taller than me. Saw two snipers. Some of the other students got comfy by sitting,. There was an odd person standing by my section of the group…the person seemed nice (wishing to share food, since they were well prepared and that somebody was complaining that he/she was hungry); yet at the same time she was very selfish and didn't seem to teach her kids not to step on the American flag (batches of flags were being distributed, most-likely a "take one and pass it on " type thing to ensure that at least everyone got one… she decided that she needed about 6). I don't see why people found it so amazing, any president would say something to that effect (hopefulness, America is awesome and should strive for better, toss in some religion, and add some of the recent issues faced in the country).
After leaving the inauguration, more walking then I ever want in my life at once, we get to the metro to get to a meeting point with the people that had tickets; there was a slight issue were the group was separated.
Me and my lonesome
Metro where the group got a little separated

So everyone meets up at a mall, and everything seems to be calming out…suddenly something tragic happens to someone on the field trip. I am told to seat in an area, since I was with a chaperon and that they would come and pick me up when everything was settled... I agreed easily to it, since I get lost very easily especially when out of my comfort zone, and because I learned to always stay where I was last. Well turns out I was essentially ditched, which I realized about half-an- hour or so later… and I know that I have random abandonment fears, which lead to some crazy thoughts that I was actually forgotten (which I was shockingly semi okay with since I normally am forgotten)… I got hungry so I got food, and found someone that knew what was going on. Luck me :) Got on the bus, and I become greatly confused… 4:22 p.m. everyone on the bus seems to hate anime yet love sushi, and can't tell the difference between Japanese and Chinese food... I feel like Scar.
Shockingly I sleep most of the ride back to Florida, maybe because I was secretly crying myself to sleep, from the thoughts I had from when I was alone, and those were dark.
Watched "The Librarian: Quest for the Spear."
***Update: someone had found it and picked it up for me :)***

Trip to D.C. part 3

Just woke up, and less than half an hour later at Starbucks...which would have been great, if I didn't feel like crap and a few other things.

Cow in-front of Ben & Jerry's, which was next to Starbucks.

10:45 Lincoln memorial. Was about to leave the memorial and the group decides to go back up, I stayed at the bottom to wait since I am not feeling well.

Ate at this place called Cosi, because most people in the group swear it's better than Panera, not too sure on what I ordered, but it was good...I liked the tomato basil, I got it since I liked the one at Medieval Times and since I was cold, looked different, but tasted pretty good.

Looked at the German-American Friendship Garden.

Went to the Smithsonian Institution National Museum of Natural History. First we looked at the dinosaurs and slowly moved through evolution.

This was a really fun picture to take, since people were not reading the description, and thought that they were cannibalistic and were going to eat him....reality is that it was a neanderthal burial. Funny yet dark...--->

It was really hard to take a picture of the Hope Diamond, due to all of the lights on it, but it looks so cool. Dark history to it, that half my group didn't know...haha funny people indeed

This sculpture-like thing is really neat, it is a solid mineral and has not been tampered with...it's sandstone.

Huge bug X.x

Now in the insect and mummies section, since group wanted to look at mummies (which I was secretly happy, since I like many aspects of ancient Egypt). Turns out insects won most of the time in the section...nor was the mummies that interesting, or have such a huge section as the insects...oh well. Saw this really cool butterfly display though; the wings on some of them moved.

Me and my lonesome

So bored, rest of the group is reenacting pictures of animals, it was amusing   they have terrible skill in trying to pose like an animal...even if its a monkey.

Yes, this is art...

We walked through the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden. We didn't get to see everything though...

Stopped by Ford's Theater  to see where Lincoln was shoot, but they didn't have any open tours till Tuesday.

While waiting to see exactly where we are to meet up, I saw this cute fuzzy squirrel and it came really close to me, the closest a squirrel has ever come to me, I was so happy >.>
On the down side, someone in the lost a bag that they were carrying  since they put it down while he/she took a picture in the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden.
Yay, found the meeting point, for all the groups.

Took a class photo by the Supreme Court, which was cover for some reason with a to scale picture of the Supreme Court...and another successful picture I'm in that no one can see me.

5:02 p.m. Saw the Newseum, and then jumped over two rail barricade thingies.

Stopped by the Jefferson Memorial. to get dirt, don't know and not asking.
5:43 p.m. back at the hotel

8:27 p.m. found out one of my roommates likes to take pictures without consent...yes I'm that one person that hates having pictures taken, and if she posts it anywhere....the joys I shall have
8:28 p.m. Raffled the inauguration tickets, since we only had ten...strike that 8, not sure why that chaperon was picked...though I guess we always need that overly spoiled child somewhere.

Trip to D.C. part 2

2:30 a.m. now in South Carolina. Finished watching mean girls. 5:47 a.m. now in North Carolina. 8:12 a.m. now in Virginia, amazing how quickly we are going, I totally forgot that the speed limit is higher so travel is faster.
Visited the Washington memorial/gift shop. Wow that shop was really tiny, nor did we get to send much time in there.

3:13 p.m. Holocaust museum, lots of information...wow I get lost easily. At certain points I had this weird feeling of foreboding...I mean I already know the general things I was going to see. I think I'm just crazy at this point.

5:50 p.m.just left Martin Luther King Jr. memorial, now on way to hotel now…lots if traffic so it will take awhile… 6:22 p.m. tree branches scraped on the window as I was half a sleep 0.o 6:40 p.m. I feel empty and yes now at the hotel after I thought we got slightly lost, just turns out that we had to make a u-turn. Ate Chinese food with roommates, about $25 for three lo mien ..and they didn't finish theirs, two even split one together. They said they wanted to watch "Big Bang Theory", yet talk loudly, and don't complain when I turn it off.

Wonderful window view of the parking garage-

Random comments about the day: Found out that some of the people are dating. And starting to understand the term "ratchet." Roommates, seem okay....starting to re-evaluate how I view them.

Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure

Description:
Two seemingly dumb teens struggle to prepare a historical presentation with the help of a time machine.

This movie was great I can see why so many people (even teachers) were saying that it was good. A comical paradox, with random bits of history.

Trip to D.C. part 1

The bus was late. 9:15 p.m. it was supposed to  here at 8, so I'm glad my sister decided to stay with me till I left, so for about an hour we discussed mythology, anime with mythology, and who is related to who in all of the mythologies.
Somewhere in Florida
First stop is…Walmart . Was supposed to be a 15 minute break turned into about 50 minutes break... the bus finally comes, I thought it ditched us. OMG!!! I haven't seen this area in forever, since CrazyFreak found a short cut to get somewhere, it's like memory line~ and for some reason I have a reminiscent feeling from AnimeCentral....Just finished watching "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure". 11:57 p.m. now in Jacksonville yep still in Florida.12:38 a.m. just passed the Florida border now in Georgia, not sure if this goes in part 1 or part 2, but it felt like the same day so it's in part 1.

Happy New Year 2013

Yay, another new year~
I just hope there isn't another apocalypse that we all need to survive
