Labyrinth

Description:
Fifteen-year-old Sarah accidentally wishes her baby half-brother, Toby, away to the Goblin King Jareth who will keep Toby if Sarah does not complete his Labyrinth in thirteen hours.
                                                                       
An okay movie, I can see why it had poor performance at the box office and mixed reviews. There were many plot holes and little explanation to make up for any of them. Since there is a prequel and a sequel, I shall read both, but I hope they answer some questions.

LM.C's new hairstyle

So LM.C came out with their new look (posted on October 5th). Early this year, I had told myself that the next time I cut my hair it would be to look similar to whatever LM.C's next hair style/color is. I finally found the colors for my hair (since me hair is dark and it's hard to find the right/similar shade to anything but dark brown). Today, I had my hair cut, longer than what it should be, but that is room for error, since I am doing it all at home... This Saturday is when I shall dye it, wish me luck~

Our Christmas Tree?

So we put up our Christmas tree today...It's not really a Christmas tree, unless you consider the Charlie Brown Christmas tree as a real Christmas tree to own as one, and use it as one. Crazy says it's not really our Christmas tree....right we live in a small apartment, so small we had some slight trouble finding a spot to put this tree.

Honestly, I don't feel like decorating this year. I mean we are planning to move early next year (January?), plus the place is small so we can't put everything up, I am the only one that really decorates anything, and I am going to be the only one taking it down too. Ehh

Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer

Description:

The Fantastic Four learn that they aren't the only super-powered beings in the universe when they square off against the powerful Silver Surfer and the planet-eating Galactus.
                                               
Much worse than the previous movie. Absolutely no real explanations for most things that happen (at least the first movie had some explanations and back story, while this one lacked greatly). The movie, the way they did it, essentially only took 10 minutes tops, with relationship issues...when you really really get down to it. Susan just wants to have a normal family with Reed, but that's never going to happen (they are basically radioactive superheros, yeah that sounds like a normal family right there). The Silver Surfer comes to doom Earth, the craters he crates are never explained as to why or how they fix them, how he is chosen to save his planet, how he gets the board, or why he didn't fight Galactus before, since he somehow can do it. Okay back to Susan, since she aggravates me; they constantly try to get married and each time it gets interrupted (they are the only superheros on the planet, somehow, so no wonder they have so many issues to take care of), they could simply have a drive-thru wedding or not even have a wedding and just sign the paper work, but I'm sure Susan is the reason that they don't, since she wants a happy wedding like everyone else (so she wants to be an average girl without a care in the world, while I would love to be a superhero, if the whole gamma rays didn't turn them into superheros she would have gotten stuck with Victor). Why must she make everything complicated: she has superpowers, found the right guy, famous, smart, rich and looks good, and she wants a normal wedding...-.- please I would be joyous and not complain for just a fraction of all of that. The Thing doesn't get much screen time, the first movie focus around everyone, while this one mainly focused on Reed and Susan with a little Johnny and less Silver Surfer.

Epic Movie

Description:
A comedic satire of films that are large in scope, reputation and popularity.
                                                           
I personally think that the rating was off.  It's rated PG-13 for crude and sexual humor, language and some comic violence...The movie was more than crude and sexual humor, such as a couple of nude scenes of a naked female running. The language was more harsh than what I expected with multiple "bitch" and "fuck". I don't know what the fudge I was thinking, wanting to watch this movie, I regret it and will now do more checking on movies before deciding what to watch (no impulse watching random movies I find).

Dreams of LM.C part 2

So I use an App called 'Line', some celebrities join and chat with fans...In my dream they both join Line; and I happen to look at the new official accounts, not expecting much, since normally the celebrities are Korean. I look at the profiles, and they are wearing an awesome new outfit (that I have never seen before, but was for their new album), the profile pictures are the first glimpse of the new outfit. I friend both of them, I am happy as all bloody hell; then I wake up, check my phone and nothing

Scooby-Doo! Mask of the Blue Falcon

Description:
The gang meet the faded Blue Falcon lead actor at a comic book convention, as he swears revenge for being left out of Hollywood. Later, an antagonist from the actual Blue Falcon animated series, Mr. Hyde, begins terrorizing the convention, trying to stop the release of the new Falcon film.
                                                                      
I thought that the movie would be more like when Scooby-Doo  meets Batman. At the beginning of the movie, I was wondering who the fudge was Blue Falcon, after a little bit and remembered as I watched the opening. I liked the movie so much, especially since it was at a convention and people realize how important it's to portray characters correctly and that betraying said character is just wrong.

The art was not that good, but it was tolerable...Yaoi was lacking for the most part. When I started to read the manga, I didn't check how many chapters there were, I honestly thought the manga would last longer. It seems like they pushed everything together, conflicts solved too easily and simple; I mean they are wanted criminals with chips controlling them and everything works out in essentially 11 chapters. I felt empty and disappointed in the end; yes, they solved everything but without really explaining the "why".

 Its been awhile since I've watched a Scooby-Doo, that I haven't seen multiple time before (sorry, but it gets sort of dull after sometime, since it loses its mystery wonder). First and foremost, Christy has many issues she needs to work on a stat. Also, they shouldn't let people that have won multiple things, or are already famous join in on a talent show. I think this is the first Scooby-Doo, has multiple villains not working together. Does this mean Fred and Daphne are finally dating, my god this has been killing me, since...well, forever... I mean it's just so bloody obvious that they get jealous when they take a liking to anyone else.

I seriously am starting to think the site I mainly go to find yaoi, this is not a bloody yaoi, yet was "a new yaoi"...Nonetheless, the story was nice and cute, the drawing was simple and cute. Not much conflict or anything, besides realizing that they love each other, yet must stay professional.

Car Accident

 

So Princess and I left a little later than usual, about half an hour. So we began our hour and a half drive home. Not even a whole 30 minutes into the drive; we slow down, since somebody a few cars ahead of us wanted to turn into McDonalds. Then we get hit into, apparently they looked away for a split second. We waited for the cops to come by...the accident was not major (minor marks on our car, and at first it looked the same for the other driver, turns out he broke his radiator), so we waited for about 30 minutes. No one was injured, after the cop gave us back all our stuff and we exchanged contact info, we all went on our separate ways.

Finally!

So it's finally Halloween!! Happy Halloween everyone!!

So the idea was to go to the college dressed as bleach characters, go home early and change into the murder scene outfits. Well, today was pretty crazy, for starters I need new sandals for my Urahara cosplay. Ichigo's mask fell off, which only makes me think more and more of redoing it, since it was too small for me. Any who, we get home...and Crazy doesn't want to hand out candy -.- So we had to change the game play a bit (Princess is dead and Kisuke killed her). I felt so empty, not many of the people trick-or-treating dressed up; I mean I pay for the candy and decorations, spend time setting it all up...and they do nothing, just casual clothes.

Halloween Decorating part 4

So decorating be my lonesome, I just finished putting up the finishing touches. I can't wait till it's Halloween and I get to play dead ( a.k.a. take a nap).

County Fair

So crazy, princess, and I join our aunt in attending a county fair. Princess and I decided to go on all of the rides, part way through, I got extremely lightheaded randomly. It seemed like every ride we went on had some issue. The twirling cup ride thing wouldn't securely close and wouldn't make a complete rotation. On the music ride...two cars ahead of us lost a random piece of metal. The hang gliding ride got stuck and it took sometime for them to figure how to get everyone down. We took a slight break, due to my lightheaded-ness. The Farris wheel was the last one we went on before we left, we wanted to go on it last since that's the high point in any manga with a fair...we were greatly disappointed, the people in charge didn't fill up all of the baskets, had the ride going quickly, and multiple times around...ruined and destroyed the romantic idea we had.

I dislike the app. The avatar is what your profile image is on Facebook, and well I don't have a Facebook so it's empty nor can I personalize it in anyway. I play on my phone, it's terrible, I wish I had an iPad, it's too hard to really draw well. To get color packs you have to either put money on it, or have lots of friends to play with; since tops coins from each turn is 3 and it takes 249 to get a color pack (that's a total of 83 turns between two people if each turns is the hardest and all are guessed correctly). It is hard to get badges, since they barely ever give the option...unless you have lots of friends to play with and you need more options. So the game is basically have lots of friends, so you can be absorbed into the game more...

I bit sad that it ended. It was awesome, sadly it left many questions unanswered. No filler chapters to sidetrack the storyline. The manga was essentially short, sweet, and to-the-point even though it was over 100 chapter. Very interesting concepts, that I have yet to read in any other manga/manhaw: there can only be one shinigami (Bleach and Death Note both have multiple), you gain everything from what you eat (not like Kirby with his copy ability, but everything that defines them; weapons gain an attack very similar to the witches soul they ate and consuming the Kishin gives the person control over madness), and the moon is really close to the earth.

One Thousand and One Nights

Description:

The manhaw was amazing. I found it while looking for yaoi (it's a shounen-ai). Stories in a story, can be confusing at some points, because some of the characters look similar to the actual story, or the other stories. It's a bit hard trying to remember what time period the story is set in, since towards the end the stories told get more modern. The art is really pretty, I kind of wish it was a yaoi T.T...

Halloween decorating part 3

Decorating with Princess today. We added one more cobweb, and lots of blood. I thought we would not have enough blood to make it look like a bloody murder. As we were trying to make the splattered blood look, I started to chant 'ax murder' each time...Princess had to remind me that it was supposed to be a knife not an ax. It was very hard getting the blood off our hands, since we had to put our hands in the fake blood to make bloody hand prints.
Update: we found some old costumes, so we are going with the murdered trick-or-treaters idea. We also decided that we can reuse the costumes for a zombie idea later on too.

Jungle Emperor Leo

I wanted to finish watching this movie, since I had only watched in a club I was in. After Princess and I started to watch it I realized that it was not the same movie, the movie I had wanted to watch was the 2009 'remake' (prequel). Nonetheless the movie was great. Princess is starting to dislike Japanese family movie, since this was the second one that had a sad ending/death of the most beloved character. Most characters end up dying: due to disease, natural disaster, human destruction, and 'suicide'. The disease that hits the forest, seems to mainly effect females after much worrying and overworking oneself. All of the known lions have there names starting with the letter L, and males seem to be white. It was never explained how the animals seem to completely understand the humans.

This app is great to keep up with current events, especially since I don't have a T.V. to watch the news on. I could go online for the news, but it takes longer to find local stories in the computer. The only things that I dislike about the app; is the multiple stories of the same thing, since users can post stories....so not all of the news on here is be actual journalists, but technically that is all news, too so....

Enroll

So I was finally able to make me profile on Enroll.com, and I recently finished all of the formalities (intro video and signing a consent form for said video)...I signed up as a tutor.

Some how I ended up as a stuudent and a tutor. I can't change it, yet is in a section that I can change.

Well if anyone needs help with English Literature, Microeconomics (it says macro/micro, though I will only do micro), Physics, and general Math; I am should be able to tutor finally according to the site. The site had two options for US History, and no options for US Politics or European History, so I was unable to choose those to tutor in, but can if wanted.

Halloween decorating part 2

Today is the second day of decorating, since we had to go out and buy bug spray and then wait for it to dry/ kill the hornets before going back outside to decorate. So far we only have the doorway decorated, and we found out we will need one more bag of cobwebs for outside of the doorway. The cobwebs that we have put up so far need more light, since they are not glowing in the dark like they should. So far the idea is that Princess and I are going to play dead, while Crazy hands out candy. Still haven't decided if we should be in regular clothes or cheap Halloween costumes, so it looks like Crazy just killed two trick-or-treaters...

Quitting Deity Wars

So I plan on quitting Deity Wars (again/still). Still, because I never really planned to keep it; and again, since I feel strongly about it...first time it didn't succeed because nobody wanted to trade, I didn't set an end date, and I felt as if the cards would good to waste...So since than I worked on many of the cards, actually evolving and and materials. I am trying to trade everything for things on Rage of Bahamut.I will be deleting the app on August the 22nd.

New LM.C CD

So LM.C has announced that they are releasing a new single this year and a new cd next year.

The screencap shows that they are releasing the new single on 12-11-13. It is called 'My Favorite Monster'. Edition A: CD +DVD will be about 20 USD. Edition B: CD + limited edition t-shirt from Stay Real will be about 50 USD. CD only is about 12 USD. And that the new CD is called 'Perfect Fantasy' and will be released 2-12-14.

 

The Lone Ranger

No idea what the original TV series was like, but I liked the movie. The movie is surprisingly bloody, I had to cover Princess's eyes...which normally means the movie is not PG-13. I found that Captain Fuller reminded me of an actual Captain in the military, I don't remember his name right now, but he was one of the main people involved in de-nativizing the Native American. I think this movie tops all the random out-there non-Disney messages, in all of the Disney movies (prostitutes, sex, death, and cannibalism); I mean the "Pirates of the Carribean"franchise has done all three, but the cannibalism never happened and was not as bloody and disgusting (even though it is off screen, since you still hear the process and see the end result).

Very cute app, though I only go on about once a day at this point. There is a limit to how many animals can be showing, and on how big the zoo can get. So the actual ability to make the best zoo is a bit impossible.The pricing went a bit haywire at the beginning for expansion, so I am still behind on getting the expansion. TinyCo actually listens to suggestions, more than any other app I have sent an e-mail to (no point in e-mailing mobage about anything -.-). Lots of free zoo bucks, but still limited edition things for buying in bulk.

Another Birthday~

So today is Crazy's birthday. Princess and I sort of did a last minute thing (again). We decided T.G.I. Fridays, since today is Friday (plus we have a coupon). It has been a while since we went to Friday's... I can't wait till somebody's birthday falls on a Tuesday; so  I can go to Ruby Tuesday's.

None-the-less, we had fun.

Start of the Halloween decorating

So Crazy and I started to decorate for Halloween. Shortly after found out that there is a hornets's (multiple hornet one nest) in the bushes right by our door. So needless to say there was not much decorating today.

Birthday

So today is my birthday, I was able to cut down on amount of presents/celebration; like the evil being I am apparently. An acquaintance that I call "Sailor Moon", because he is really girly but I can't call him princess, I somehow got him to believe it was 20 days prior today, about two weeks ago. Princess didn't get me anything, since I am normal with her, so it's hard for her to buy anything. Crazy got me some things, apparently she got them before the fire...and I tried so hard to make sure she got me nothing. We went to Medieval Times again, since we didn't go on Princess's birthday, like we said we would last year...so I decided to mess with Crazy; since Crazy said to go out with a bang. Instead of me getting knighted for my birthday, I had Princess get knighted. While Crazy was not looking Princess and I were looking at the knives, daggers, and swords, and pointed out the $18 dagger that I actually liked. I sat next to a really interesting woman, she was a nice, and funny elderly woman, and loads of fun to sit next to. Our knight this time was the red and yellow one, so we were on the opposite side of last time, and in the middle; sadly, our knight did not win, or get many flowers, but our side did win (the blue knight), and the red knight from the other side did give Princess a flower. The piece of chicken was twice the size from last time; last time it was only the thigh, this time it was half of a chicken. Crazy forgot to give the waiter the birthday cake card, so we got no cake (poor Princess was looking forward to that). Medieval Times seemed pretty empty, I would say it was only half full, I was wondering if they might be having financial issues, but then I realized that today is a Sunday, and not many people go out on Sundays. I took a picture with our knight, and he signed my flag; I'm starting to think that maybe I should start a collection of flags signed by the knights.

I liked the game a lot at first, but than it just got out of hand on the whole "pay for this", "buy this", and over all money hungry....ads would pop up randomly. Now it's a lot better, the ads don't pop up as often, less pay for and buying madness, with the more of an ability to gain free gems.
Some of the charcters seem oddly familiar...though I could have swore I saw Harry Potter at some point...

Some candies transform the customers while others cause animation....The lemon pucker not only causes a transformation, but also has a slight animation at first. The game views blueberry burst as a trasformation candy, even though it is most like an animation candy.

AP European Notes

So I have finally got some time to type up all of my notes. I decided to start with my AP European History notes, since it had the smallest notebook I could start with before moving onto binders. As I was typing up the notes, and toward the end I finally noticed another reason I failed the exam, yet passed the class. The teacher only focused on the format and not the content, and essentially only 10-15 minutes to write an FRQ, hence why content didn't matter. All the practice FRQs were all for not, since we couldn't really practice...I can't really type up that part of the notebook, since there are so many incomplete things, with a terrible format...So I move onto the binder, and hopefully the notes make more sense.

The movie was great; I wanted to see this movie so badly for some time. The ending is pretty good, though it still leaves many questions. I like how they explained majority of all the illusions. The plot twist at the end was good.

Goong

Description:

The Manhaw went through so many different translation groups; some were bad, terrible, good, and great. Sometimes the manhaw was barely translated, empty speech bubbles, a random visible chunk of Korean text still in the translated bubble, or sometimes they would place future chapters before they were supposed to. The art is not all to amazing, I never knew a chibi couldn't be adorable. The plot is really good, lots of twists and turns. Wait, there is a drama of this?!?! -adds to list of things to watch- And I still like Yul best -///-

Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted

Description:
Alex, Marty, Gloria and Melman are still fighting to get home to their beloved Big Apple. Their journey takes them through Europe where they find the perfect cover: a traveling circus, which they reinvent - Madagascar style.
                                                               
The movie was great, I loved it....maybe even more than the original, hmm...The visuals were just amazing and spectacular. I feel sad that Marty hasn't found anyone, while it seems that the rest of the group finds somebody; I mean come on even Julien found someone to love. Half of the problems solved with hair conditioner -.- .....Some references make little to no sense, unless one is to look into it ( such as when Captain DuBois sings  "Non, je ne regrette rien" to her henchmen).

Ayakashi

Description:
As a ghost agent, players try to come to grips with the mysterious events occurring around them. These events are being triggered by legendary creatures with enigmatic power beyond comprehension. Players must attempt to gain control of ghosts and bring them under their power, changing them to a demon. Throughout the rich story line, players must battle against scores of ghosts as well as rival agents.

As a ghost agent, the player has the chance to recruit ghosts to serve them as a demon after they have been defeated. The negotiation is not guaranteed to go well, and there is a chance the ghost will reject the offer so the player may have to rely on luck.

I play the game off and on, it's not too interesting; I keep thinking that maybe I should sell my account... The game is a fantasy card game, there is no trading of cards, the first card based game app that has no trading as far as I know of. There is no evolving cards; though some 'transmute', which is another form of the card, but is achieved through enhancement. Negotiations with ghost is essentially impossible after the first one, unless you basically buy the card. The realms don't make much sense...this is a ghost guild with ghost agents, why are there divine cards, I don't count gods/goddesses as dead....the anima realm is just weird, anima are supposed to be items that take on a personality idea, and then next thing I know there is an anima for shaved ice (which is the first time they used the idea of food is an item that is around long enough to create a personality), and an anima that embodies an idea 'monochrome joan', ideas are not items. It is impossible to complete the demon scroll, which is the main goal of the game as stated in the description, because a player would have to be playing from the beginning, and spending money to get all of the cards (limited edition, ranking, rare cards). Without trading the game is essentially impossible to complete.

DIY t-shirts

So I decided to finally use my print transfers on some random t-shirts, there are a total of three shirts.

The first one was placed on backwards, and got ironed on the wrong side....Why? Because we listened to the directions word for bloody word, if we didn't, the shirt would have been fine...

The second one, just didn't seem to work....

And I am still working on the third one, and so far it seems as if the third time is the charm. -fingers crossed- Instead of a picture transfer it will be a bleaching design.

Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa

Description:
The animals try to fly back to New York City, but crash-land on an African wildlife refuge, where Alex is reunited with his parents.
                                                           
The beginning was a bit confusing at first, and doesn't fit in completely. Granny was a bit over used, and honestly I don't think that she is a normal human....Just like the original movie, it splits up into multiple concurrent subplots. Had no idea that love would conjure the boundaries of species and living beings. This movie was not as great as the original.

Issues

Having some technical issues with the header...I blame Yoh for being lazy, and to helping solve the problem....Yes, I am blaming the new background
Update: I can't seem to fix it...so hopefully it fixes itself..... -pout-

New background

So I realized I haven't changed the background on here yet, and that it is September (the awesomist month ever.... okay so I am a little bias, since September is the month I was born). It is so hard to find a background that I like....and I can't find the one I originally wanted T^T...but I finally found something

Description:

I watched bits and pieces before; and finally got around to watching the whole movie. I liked the movie a lot; I don't have a favorite character, it's too hard to choose, since they are all funny in their own ways. Cannot wait to watch the other two movies, though very curious to see how they leave...

Funny at first, but after checking everything out it gets kind of dull. The ad that I saw, basically entailed other characters; which it does not have, sure we may get them later but it should not be advertised as being there now. It is hard to actually video it right, since the characters can't be moved/placed, layering, or change of size/volume. Contemplating getting rid of the app....

So crazy, princess, and I are all in princess's car driving somewhere for Labor Day. This is torment being in the back, crazy is doing a terrible job with the radio....T^T why did I agree to this arrangement???

The opening animation is cute. The photo gallery hasn't been updated since the Strong Pop look, which was March 2012; I would love to see better pictures of the Pop Side v.s. Strong Side outfits; nor does it have many pictures (total of 43). The latest information, blog, and twitter is all links to the actual sites. The music clips are essential, buy it~~~~. The movie section is basically a link to the YouTube that they have, nothing exclusive. Overall the app is nothing that I cannot get from the actual website, but I keep hoping.
